Hi, I’m Sandra Hongonen — the founder of SH Jewelry.

I'm a creative soul originally from Estonia and moved to Toronto in 2019. After years in the service industry, I craved something more aligned with my passions. I’ve always been drawn to fashion, storytelling, and of course — jewelry.

I create unique, high-quality pieces that carry meaning. Just like the outfits we choose can make us feel more confident, powerful, and inspired, I believe jewelry can do the same. The right piece can complete a bold outfit or elevate a simple one — and that’s the magic of jewelry I’ve always loved.

But what truly makes my pieces special is the story behind them.

After overcoming something really challenging, I bought myself a beautiful, shiny ring as a reminder to keep going. Over time, I found myself wishing that ring carried a deeper meaning or an inspiring story connected to it. That moment sparked something in me. I had always wanted to create my own jewelry, inspire others, and tell stories through design. 

After my workplace suddenly shut down, I took it as a sign to chase my dream — and I haven’t looked back since. I pour my heart into creating unique, high-quality pieces, each one carrying a message to keep going and believe in yourself. That mindset is exactly how I’ve chosen to live my life, and it’s what my brand stands for. Today, I’m proud to be the founder of SH Jewelry — a brand built on stories, resilience, hustle, and faith.
